David Schwope

David Schwope currently serves as Senior Manager of R&D at Aegis Sciences Corporation, a position held since October 2011, and has progressed through roles including Manager and Research Scientist. Prior to this, David gained experience as a Pre-Doctoral IRTA at the National Institute on Drug Abuse from August 2007 to August 2011, and worked as a Senior Analytical Forensic Toxicology Specialist at the University of Illinois at Chicago from May 2006 to June 2007. David holds a PhD in Toxicology from the University of Maryland Baltimore (2007-2011), an MS in Forensic Science from the University of Illinois Chicago (2003-2005), and a BS in Chemistry from Miami University (1999-2003).
