Susan Westra

Susan Westra is a Systems Integration Analyst at Aegis Sciences Corporation, having joined in August 2022. Prior to this role, Susan accumulated extensive experience at Quest Diagnostics from October 1997 to August 2022, where positions included Team Lead, Project Specialist, Sr. Implementation Analyst - IT, and Telecommunications Analyst. Responsibilities included interviewing and hiring, performance management, project implementation, and liaising with clients and vendors to ensure successful interface implementations. Earlier in their career, Susan served as Client Response Center Lead at SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratory, managing a team responsible for critical communications regarding patient testing. Susan completed education at Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
