Chloe Schmitz

Chloe Schmitz is a Technical Recruiter at Aegis Worldwide since August 2023, bringing a diverse background in team collaboration and customer service. Previously, Chloe worked at Lifetime Health & Fitness Center as a Kids Academy Team Member & Concierge, where activities were organized to support physical, mental, and social development. Experience as a Kitchen Food Server at Native New Yorker, Cafe Zupas, Menchies, and Board & Brew involved enforcing performance standards and addressing customer complaints. As a Beach Volleyball Coach at The Sand Club, Chloe educated youth on sportsmanship and performance while serving as a positive role model. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Arizona State University.
