Juan Aparicio Roa

Juan Aparicio Roa has extensive experience in the fields of bancassurance and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Bancassurance and a member of the Executive Committee at Aegon Seguros since January 2019. Prior to this role, Juan held the position of Head of Marketing Spain and was involved in strategy projects at ISDIN from November 2015 to April 2019. Additionally, Juan worked as an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company between February 2013 and November 2015, following a fellowship at the same firm from September 2008 to July 2010, focusing on various sectors, including energy, retail, and banking. Juan's earlier experience includes serving as a Strategic Planning Specialist at LG Electronics, advising the subsidiary CEO on strategic issues. Academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and degrees in engineering from CentraleSupélec and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
