Herman Stoker

Herman Stoker has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Herman began their career at Philips Semiconductors in 1989 as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Herman then moved to various roles within the same company, including a Project Quality Engineer from 1992 to 1994. Following this, Stoker worked at Cordis, Johnson & Johnson as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later became an Audit Manager from 1994 to 2000. In 2000, they joined TKP as an Operational Risk Manager and EDP Auditor, a position they held until 2007. Stoker then transitioned to TKP Investments, where they served as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2009. Herman subsequently became the Head of IT, Proces Control & Projects, and later the Head of Security, Change & IT, remaining with the company until 2016. Finally, Stoker joined Aegon Asset Management in 2015 as the Global Head of Information Security.

Herman Stoker has a postdoctoral degree in Electronic Data Processing (EDP) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Herman also has a background in Marketing/Commerciële economie (CE) from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen.
