Jen Richey

Jen Richey is the Head of People US and Chief Investment Officer at Aegon Asset Management, a role held since August 2015, where strategic partnership with the investment team focuses on people impact, performance management, employee relations, and effective leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner at Honeywell from August 2014 to August 2015, supporting the CTO, CIO, and a global workforce of over 800 Engineering and IT employees. Jen Richey also worked at Aegon Asset Management from 2005 to 2014 as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing consultation to senior managers on HR issues related to performance management, policy, and recruitment. Jen Richey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa.
