Rachael Steedman

Rachael Steedman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational design, transformation, and employee relations. As the Colleague Experience Director at Aegon UK since April 2024, Rachael previously served as the Head of HR Transformation at Aegon from March 2023 to April 2024. Rachael's prior roles include Head of People/Business Partner at Tesco Bank and Organisation Design work stream lead at Standard Life Aberdeen, where responsibility included managing the merger between Standard Life plc and Aberdeen Asset Management plc. Rachael's career at Royal Bank of Scotland spanned over 13 years, with various positions including Senior HR Business Partner and Interim Head of Employee Relations. Rachael holds a BA Hons in Business Management from Newcastle University.
