Albertine Kronenberg

Albertine Kronenberg has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel in the Group Legal department at AEGON N.V. since July 2008, providing advice to the Board of Directors of Aegon Ltd. Previously, Albertine held positions such as Senior Legal Counsel at ING, focusing on real estate investment management, and served as Secretary to the Board at Foundation Protection TNT. Between 2001 and 2007, roles at TNT N.V. included Legal Counsel in both Group Legal Services and the Asia Regional Office, offering legal support across various sectors including transportation and logistics. Earlier in the career, experience at Shell involved coordinating investment proposals and advising on corporate legal structures. Albertine holds a Meester in de Rechten degree in Civil Law from Leiden University and has additional educational background from The University of Edinburgh.
