Iffat Qamar

Iffat Qamar is a Senior Product Security Compliance Analyst at Ivanti since January 2024, focusing on security compliance evaluations for federal certifications such as FIPS, CC, and DoDIN APL. Prior to this, Iffat worked at Mirantis from September 2021 to May 2023, serving as a Federal Product Security Engineer and Software Security Engineer, where responsibilities included FIPS 140-2, 140-3, and STIG evaluations for Docker, Kubernetes, and Container Cloud, alongside vulnerability analysis and securing the CI/CD pipeline. Earlier experience includes roles as a Cyber Security Engineer at Microsoft from April 2018 to December 2019 and at CGI from June 2017 to January 2018, as well as a Junior Application Developer at Karder Corporation from January 2017 to April 2017. Iffat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University, completed in 2017.
