Carole Mason is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and resource management across multiple sectors, including finance and retail. Currently serving as a PMO Manager at Aegon since May 2017, Carole has previously held key positions such as Lead PMO at Royal Bank of Scotland Business and PMO roles at Sainsbury's Bank. Carole's background at the Royal Bank of Scotland spans over 13 years, where responsibilities included managing resourcing for departments with over 2000 staff, driving people performance improvements, and leading significant business transformation initiatives. Carole holds a MA (Hons) in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University.
