Hannah Ferguson

Hannah Ferguson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and early career development. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Aegon since April 2020, previous roles include Senior HR Officer and Human Resources Officer within the same organization. Prior to Aegon, Hannah worked at Robertson Group from June 2016 to April 2020, progressing from Graduate HR Assistant to Graduate Emerging Talent Advisor and finally to Early Careers Advisor. Hannah's career started at River Island as a Sales Advisor from March 2014 to June 2016. Hannah holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Strathclyde, obtained between 2017 and 2019, and a bachelor's degree from Glasgow Caledonian University, earned from 2013 to 2017.
