Sebastien de Souza

Sebastien De Souza is a Senior UX Consultant at Aegon since October 2017, specializing in rapid prototyping, user testing, and team process improvement within a virtual agile environment. Previously, Sebastien served as a Digital Designer, managing digital production pipelines and overseeing user experience research and project scoping. With extensive experience in web design and development, Sebastien worked for Avanti Travel Insurance and Avanti Healthcare from 2013 to 2017, focusing on web development and design for various brands. Earlier career roles include Lead Interactive Web Developer at Web Financial Group and Web Designer at CMC Markets, contributing to brand development and user interface design. Sebastien began the career at Futuretrend Technologies, initially as a Web/Graphic Designer and later advancing to IT/Web Project Manager. Sebastien holds a 2:1 degree in Design & Technology from Middlesex University, completed in 1999.
