Phoebe Fu

Phoebe Fu is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in various leadership roles across different organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at 安舒茨娱乐集团 since December 2019, Phoebe has previously held the position of HR Manager at Pernod Ricard from September 2014 to June 2016 and HR Business Partner at IKEA Group from October 2006 to March 2013, overseeing departments such as textile purchasing and Product Quality. Phoebe has also worked as a Compensation & Benefit Specialist in multiple cities, including Shanghai, Wuhan, and Xiamen, where responsibilities included conducting yearly C & B surveys to propose reviewed salary ranges.
