Sarah Downer

Sarah Downer is a seasoned professional in the events and ticketing industry, currently serving as the Box Office Manager at AEG since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Tri-C JazzFest Production Manager and Ticketing Manager at Cuyahoga Community College, and Ticketing Lead for Special Events with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Sarah has also worked with AEG Presents as a Box Office Attendant and Music Box Supper Club as Box Office Manager.
