Didier Wimmers

Didier Wimmers is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in research and development, product management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Aehr Test Systems since March 2025, Didier has previously held significant roles at various high-technology companies, including Harvest Thermal as Senior Director of New Products Introduction, Advantest as Senior Technical Program Manager, and Lumentum as Senior Engineering Program Manager. Expertise spans electronics, semiconductors, and hardware/software systems, with a focus on product development and program management. Wimmers also provided consulting services as a Technology Consultant since 2017 and has held leadership positions at Intel, FormFactor, Credence, and NPTest & Schlumberger Technologies. An alumnus of INSA Lyon with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Didier is an active member of IEEE since 2018.
