Hien Ho, MBA

Hien Ho, MBA has extensive work experience in the software industry. Hien started their career in 1983 as a Software Engineer/System Manager at Dupont Photomasks Inc, specializing in Electron Beam Lithography. Hien developed application software and managed system operations.

At Aehr Test Systems, Hien held two roles throughout their career. From 2008 to 2014, they served as a Senior Software Engineer, developing API components and Linux-based applications. From 2015 to the present, they have worked as a Software Manager.

Most recently, Hien worked as an IT Manager at WD, a Western Digital company, from 2014 to 2015. Hien was responsible for project planning, resource allocation, and managing a team of developers. Hien also documented and deployed applications for in-house manufacturing.

Hien Ho, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, where they were enrolled from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Chico State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
