Chad Martin

Chad Martin, MAI, is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Senior Valuer at AEI Consultants since May 2023. From September 2012 to May 2023, Chad held multiple leadership roles at Property Sciences, including Managing Director of the Commercial Division and Regional Manager for Southern California, where responsibilities included recruiting appraisal staff and ensuring quality assurance while preparing comprehensive appraisals for various stakeholders. Earlier in career, Chad worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, assessing a diverse range of properties, and as a Territory Manager and Inside Sales Representative at High Industries, focusing on account growth and customer management. Chad holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University.
