Julie Halliwell

As Manager of AEI’s Talent Acquisition program, Julie takes pride in contributing to AEI’s growth through developing effective hiring strategies to assist in bringing talented professionals into our organization, and continually expanding and building upon AEI’s core competitive advantage – our employees. Prior to joining AEI in 2014, Julie led a recruitment team for an international real estate due diligence firm and previously held roles in business development and client relationship management. Julie has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech, has completed training in DEI recruitment, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
