Oscar Meca Rabadán

Oscar Meca Rabadán has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Oscar started their career as a Responsible for Environmental Affairs at Hitachi Air Conditioning Products Europe, where they implemented and maintained the UNE-EN ISO 14.001 standard and represented the company during external audits.

Oscar then worked at HERA CATALUNYA S.L as an Engineer for Projects, followed by a role as a Project Director at Abantia Instalaciones. In these positions, they led teams, planned project activities, and managed procurement and mechanical assembly contracting.

Oscar then joined INFLUISA-Ingeniería de Fluidos as a Project Director, where they led a project team and external subcontractors, managed the fabrication and mechanical assembly of an industrial plant, and handled stakeholder expectations.

Afterwards, they worked at FCC Industrial e Infraestructuras Energéticas S.A. as a Production Manager, responsible for managing mechanical assembly contracts, planning and coordinating complex organizational tasks, and facilitating project execution.

Currently, they are the Project Director at AEInnova - Alternative Energy Innovations, SL. Oscar'sresponsibilities include coordinating and supervising the Engineering departments, managing customer requirements and expectations, and analyzing and planning project portfolios in terms of timelines and resources.

Oscar Meca Rabadán has a diverse education history. Oscar began their academic journey at the Escuela Universitaria de Ingeniería Técnica Industrial de Terrassa (UPC) from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Chemistry. Afterward, they attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Management. In 2004 to 2005, Oscar pursued further education at the Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona, earning a Master's degree in Project Management.
