Victor Mayber is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of AccesoLegal NET since December 2015, specializing in insurance, pro bono services, and networking. Additionally, Victor serves as the Director of the PERU Proyecto INOCENTES at Red Inocente, which focuses on public advocacy and education to assist in the release of wrongfully convicted individuals in Latin America. Victor also provides legal consulting and representation through the Freelance Litigation Center, with extensive experience in civil, criminal, labor, commercial, and intellectual property law. Previous roles include legal representation at CROSSMARK and Chuck Latham Associates, and legal analysis in the civil and constitutional area for the Policia Nacional del Peru. Victor holds a Master's degree in Trial Advocacy from California Western School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Universidad Alas Peruanas.

The Innocence Project is a non-profit legal clinic affiliated with the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and created by Barry C. Scheck and Peter J. Neufeld in 1992. The project is a national litigation and public policy organization dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted people through DNA testing and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.
