Lavashnee Govender

Lavashnee Govender has worked in various roles for AELER Technologies SA since 2021, project44 since 2019, and Unilever since 2014. At Unilever, they held the role of Key Account Manager for Shoprite Personal Care, Key Account Manager for OK Franchise Division, Assistant National Account Manager for Massmart (Retail & Wholesale) and Large Local Supermarkets, and Assistant National Account Manager for LMT (Local Modern Trade). In these roles, they were responsible for ownership of certain regions, negotiation of regional trading term agreements, promotions and pricing, budget management, stock forecasting, gathering and interpreting data, NPD admin and tracking, spearheading shopper marketing campaigns, and managing an annual budget.

Lavashnee Govender received their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Cape Town in 2013, majoring in Economics and Management Studies. Prior to that, they attended Danville Park Girls' High School from 2002 to 2006.
