Michael J. Byron

Michael J. Byron, CPA, currently serves as a Board Member at Aeluma since February 2025. With extensive experience in financial management, Byron has held various prestigious roles, including Financial Reporting Manager at Informix Corporation from 1998 to 2000 and multiple high-level positions at NVIDIA from 2007 to 2011, such as VP & Corporate Controller and VP & Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to these roles, Byron served as Corporate Controller at Vicinity Corporation between May 2000 and July 2002 and worked at Eagle's View Management Company as an Accountant from February 1990 to August 1993. Beginning a career in auditing with Deloitte & Touche from September 1987 to June 1998, Byron advanced to Audit Manager/CPA. Academic credentials include a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
