Kevin Watanabe

Kevin Watanabe has an extensive work experience in finance and corporate roles. Kevin is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at AEM since January 2022. Before joining AEM, Kevin was the Chief Financial Officer at FTS Inc., a company acquired by AEM, from April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Finance and HR at Davis Instruments, a company also acquired by AEM, from December 2019.

Before their roles at AEM and its subsidiaries, Kevin worked as the Director of Finance at OZY Media from November 2017 to November 2019. Kevin was also a Senior Finance Manager at Anki, Inc. from February 2015 to October 2017. Prior to that, they held various finance management positions, including Senior Finance Manager of Cost Accounting at Jawbone from October 2013 to February 2015 and Senior Finance Manager of WW Operations at Apple, Inc. from February 2006 to October 2013.

Kevin's earlier experience includes working as the Sr. Financial Analyst of Revenue at SiRF Technology from January 2005 to January 2006 and as a Financial Analyst of Deferred Revenue at Actel Corporation from July 2000 to December 2004.

Kevin Watanabe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University. Kevin also pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
