Lisa Chartier

Lisa Chartier's work experience includes positions at AEM, Mapleton Public Schools, Elevations Credit Union, and Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence. Lisa joined AEM in 2019 as an HR Manager. At Mapleton Public Schools from 2018 to 2019, they worked as an HR Generalist, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and various administrative tasks related to HR. Prior to that, they served as a Contact Center Member Service Manager at Elevations Credit Union from 2005 to 2018. From 2013 to 2018, Lisa was an Examiner at Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence.

Lisa Chartier earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global, completing their studies from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in July 2020, OSHA 30 Hour General Industry from OSHA in June 2020, Employing Abilities at Work from the SHRM Foundation in May 2020, SKYWARN Storm Spotter Certification from the National Weather Service in April 2020, and Veterans at Work from the SHRM Foundation in February 2019. Lisa also received several awards from Colorado State University - Global Campus, including the Human Resources Systems & Services Award in October 2016, the Strategic Human Resources Leadership Award in June 2016, and the Applied Strategic Organizational Leadership Award in February 2016. Lisa also holds a Management Basics Certificate from Front Range Community College.
