Cristina Schafer

Cristina Schafer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and product management within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at AEM since April 2022, Cristina previously held the position of Director of Operations and NPI at Cohu, Inc. from April 2018 to October 2022. At Delta Design, a subsidiary of Cohu, from September 2004 to April 2022, Cristina held dual roles as Director of Operations and Director of Product Management. Cristina's career began at PolyFlow Engineering as Engineering Manager from September 1997 to September 2004. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Systems Engineering from UC San Diego and a MSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
