Deon McNair is an accomplished executive leader in the YMCA organization, currently serving as the Executive Director at the YMCA of Greater Montgomery since October 2024. Previously, Deon held the position of Executive Director at the YMCA of Wichita Falls from December 2022 to November 2024, and served as both Associate Executive Director and Youth Development Director at the YMCA of Greater Houston from September 2021 to December 2022. Deon’s extensive experience includes roles such as Sr. Program Director at the YMCA of Northwest Florida and various youth development positions at the YMCA of Metropolitan Columbus, GA. Deon began their career as an After School Counselor at the Wilson Family YMCA. Deon holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Columbus State University.
