Scott Ferguson

Scott Ferguson is an experienced quality management professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various industries. Currently serving as Supplier Quality Manager at AEM Singapore Pte Ltd since November 2017, Scott previously held the position of QA Director at State Seal Company, where responsibilities included managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and achieving AS9100 Rev C certification for aerospace and defense sectors. Prior roles include QA Director at MTD Products, focusing on Supplier Quality and Continuous Improvement, and Quality Manager at Walbro Engine Management, overseeing QMS and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Scott's career began as Engineering Lab Manager at McCulloch Corporation, leading R&D efforts. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from K-W University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the Community College of the Air Force.
