Ross Lemke CIPP-US serves as a Senior Assistant Director and Program Manager at Applied Engineering Management since January 2000, leading projects for the Department of Education's Privacy Technical Assistance Center to enhance understanding of data privacy and security in educational settings. Previous roles included Deputy Project Manager, overseeing operations for a call center aiding State and Local Education Agencies, and Technical Lead, where Ross developed server applications and managed help desk software for Department of Defense projects. Prior experience as a Senior Historian at The History Factory involved research and collaboration on corporate archives. Ross holds a Master’s degree in American History and a Bachelor’s degree in History from George Mason University.
