Raphael MacIel Monteiro

Raphael Maciel Monteiro is a seasoned professional in maintenance management with extensive experience in Aena Brasil and Unilever. Currently serving as Gerente Corporativo de Manutenção at Aena Brasil since January 2020, Raphael has previously held roles including Coordenador Corporativo de Manutenção and Analista Corporativo de Manutenção. At Unilever, from July 2015 to July 2019, Raphael worked as an Analista de manutenção, overseeing maintenance planning and control for dental cream filling lines using SAP PM and Manusis, managing costs, and leading equipment retrofit projects. Raphael began as an Estagiário de manutenção, supporting the implementation of World Class Manufacturing practices and conducting service requests and preventive maintenance planning.
