From Norwegian / Danish (pronounced AND-er) "To alter, change and/or transform”.

Headquartered in London, AENDRE is an interdisciplinary Development Studio specialising in the conception and execution of real-estate anchored hospitality ventures throughout the UK and Europe - with a deep focus and understanding of extended stay. Our expertise lies in transitioning under-performing assets into distinctive, design-forward lifestyle eco-systems that cultivate community and resonate with a profound sense of place.

Our acumen spans the realms of real estate, development, operations, brand creation and asset management. This comprehensive understanding uniquely positions us to collaborate seamlessly with our capital partners, ensuring optimal profitability.

With a track record of delivering in excess of 4,000 extended-stay and lifestyle hotel units across the United Kingdom and Europe, our credentials are bolstered by our past work with esteemed institutions such as Brookfield Asset Management, Oaktree Asset Management, Aprirose, and Hermes. We are adept at aligning with the stringent governance and reporting standards upheld by the institutional investment community.

We examine consumer behaviour to pinpoint the intersection of real estate fundamentals and unmet needs in the hotel market. This allows us to identify and develop scalable hospitality brands.
