Denitsa Zapryanova-Mihnev

Denitsa Zapryanova-Mihnev has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Denitsa is currently working at Aenova Group as the Head of Compliance, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, Denitsa worked at Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations for over 15 years. Their most recent role at the company was as a Director from November 2018 to September 2023. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager, all in different capacities related to corporate investigations, litigation consulting, and regulatory enforcement. Denitsa also worked at OM Germany GmbH (now NASDAQ OMX) as a Team Assistant from 2001 to 2003. Denitsa Zapryanova-Mihnev completed their education in two different institutions. From 1997 to 2001, they attended the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a focus on Marketing & Management. Denitsa later enrolled at Goethe University Frankfurt from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Diplom degree in BWL/Master of Business Administration.
