Dirk Nipprasch

Dirk Nipprasch has accumulated significant work experience in various engineering roles. Dirk is currently working as the Head of Global Engineering at Aenova Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Engineering BU SOL at the same company from July 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Aenova Group, Dirk worked at Nestlé Health Science as part of the Site Engineering & Development team from November 2021 to June 2022. Dirk also had a brief tenure at WuXi Biologics as the Head of Engineering from April 2021 to October 2021.

Dirk has a long history with the Merz Group, where they held several roles including Head of Global Engineering & Operational Excellence from January 2017 to April 2021. Dirk previously served as the Head of Global Engineering from January 2015 to December 2016 and as the Director of Corporate Engineering from July 2012 to December 2014.

Prior to their time at Merz Group, Dirk worked as a Senior Manager of Validation and Process Engineering Central Europe at Baxter Healthcare from 2010 to 2012. Dirk also served as the Head of Validation and Engineering at Nycomed from 2007 to 2010.

Dirk began their career as a Scientific Researcher at Technische Universität Ilmenau from October 1997 to December 2001. Before that, they were the Owner of Wissenschafts-und Technologieberatung from January 2002 to December 2006.

Overall, Dirk Nipprasch has extensive experience in the field of engineering, particularly in global leadership positions.

Dirk Nipprasch holds an MBA Dual Award in General Management, which they earned from both Anglia Ruskin University and Berlin Professional School - HWR Berlin. Prior to that, they obtained a PhD in Promotional Dr.rer. nat. from Technische Universität Ilmenau. Their undergraduate studies were completed at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, where they received a Diplom in Chemie - Technische und Makromolekulare Chemie.
