Melanie H.

Melanie H. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Melanie began their career in 2013 as a Praktikantin Projekteinkauf at TQ-Systems GmbH. In 2014, they worked as a Praktikantin im Privatkundenbereich at AOK Bayern. Melanie then joined Robert Bosch GmbH in 2015 for a Praxissemester im Bereich Human Resources Leading und BGM. Melanie joined Aenova Group in 2019 starting as a Personalreferentin and gradually working their way up to Head of HR, their current role.
