Rafael Schneeberger

Rafael Schneeberger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rafael began their career in 2008 as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager at Swiss Caps AG, a member of the Aenova Group. In 2009, they worked as an Assistant to the CEO at Aenova Group before moving on to become the Deputy Head of Order Management from 2010 to 2012. Rafael then served as the Head of Customer Order Management from 2012 to 2015 and later took on the role of Head of Customer Service until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Head of Service Delivery Business Unit Soft Gel Capsules at Aenova Group, where they oversaw personnel and technical management at various locations and implemented new processes and structures. In 2021, they became the Head of Sales Operations at Aenova Group. In addition, they have also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at SABAG AG/SA since 2016.
