Volker Richter

Volker Richter started their career at FALKE KGaA in 2000 as a Personalreferent. Volker then moved on to LEONI in 2002, where they worked as an HR Manager. In 2007, they joined tesa SE as an HR Manager, where they stayed until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at tesa Werk Hamburg GmbH as an HR-Personalleiter. Currently, they are serving as the HR Director Cluster North at Aenova Group since 2022.

Volker Richter completed coaching and consulting training in transactional analysis at Kessel und Kessel GmbH from 2013 to 2016. Volker obtained a degree in Personal-Referent with a focus on personnel development from Bildungswerk der Rheinland-Pfälzischen Wirtschaft e.V. in 1999. Additionally, they earned a second juridical state examination from LG Wiesbaden in 1998 and a first juridical state examination in law from the University of Bielefeld from 1988 to 1995.
