Russ Crockett

Russ Crockett has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the energy and petrochemical industries. Russ founded RTC Energy LLC in 2014 and co-founded Aeon Blue Technologies in 2020.

In their previous roles, Russ served as the Sr. VP of Commercial at TPC Group from 2008 to 2013, successfully managing the company's commercial activities during a challenging business environment. Prior to that, they worked at Lyondell, where they held the position of VP of Chemical Sales Americas from 2002 to 2008. During this time, they significantly increased sales and profitability while leading the business through a period of organic growth. Russ also served as the Vice President of Responsible Care & Engineering and held positions such as Plant Manager and Business Director at Lyondell.

Before joining Lyondell, Russ began their career at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co., Inc in 1985, where they held various operations, sales, and business management roles until 1996.

Russ Crockett earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, studying from 1981 to 1985.
