Jim Ritchie

Jim Ritchie has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1991, they started their career at Wind River as a National FAE Manager, where they supported technical pre-sales activities and played a key role in building a top-tier technical team. Jim was later promoted to District Sales Manager, where they achieved significant revenue growth and developed a customized sales process for enterprise selling.

In 2000, Ritchie became the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Wind River, responsible for pricing and licensing strategies, M&A, and overall business and product strategies. Jim successfully negotiated and closed multiple company acquisitions, contributing to the company's revenue growth. Jim was later promoted to WW Director of Strategic Partner Sales, where they managed strategic relationships, silicon partnerships, and reseller relationships, leading to substantial revenue growth.

Ritchie then joined Naveon Networks in 2001 as VP of Sales and Founder, where they developed market analysis, pricing, and business strategies in the telecom and networking sector. While securing funding, they decided not to pursue the idea due to market conditions.

From 2002 to 2008, Ritchie served as VP Sales, CEO, and Founder at Embedded Solution Partners. Jim built the company to profitability by acquiring hundreds of customers in various markets, implementing a customized sales process using Salesforce.com.

Continuing their career, Ritchie joined Continous Computing in 2008 as Sr. VP Corporate Business Development. Jim oversaw the integration and operation of Embedded Solution Partners' reseller and services business into CCPU, and also took charge of marketing, revamping branding and the company's website.

From 2009 to 2011, Ritchie worked as the Managing Partner at Fortuna Investors, and then became the CEO and Founder of Delicious Karma in 2011. At Delicious Karma, they developed a go-to-market strategy and managed all aspects of the social shopping e-commerce site, implementing a customized sales process using Salesforce.com.

In 2015, Ritchie took on multiple roles. Jim co-founded and served as the CEO of Clozer Technologies until October 2021, where they led the company's growth and operations. Jim also became an Advisor at Alchemist Accelerator and Bad Ass Advisors, providing strategic guidance and support.

In 2021, Ritchie founded AEONrv and assumed the role of CEO and Founder, continuing their entrepreneurial journey.

Jim Ritchie has pursued education in the field of Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Jim completed the UC Berkeley Extension program. In addition, Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Puget Sound. The time duration for both their educational pursuits is not provided.
