Amber Ruby has extensive experience in retail operations and customer solutions, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Operations at AEP Energy since March 2014, where responsibilities include residential customer care, renewal, and retention. Previous roles at AEP Energy include Vice President of Retail Customer Solutions and Director positions in Small Business Solutions and Customer Experience. Prior to AEP, Amber Ruby held positions at DPL Energy Resources as Operations Manager, at Miami Valley Lighting as Account Manager, and at Dayton Power & Light as Field Representative and Scheduler. Amber Ruby holds an MBA from Ohio University and multiple degrees in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
