Melissa Clark

Melissa Clark is an experienced professional in public affairs, community relations, and economic development. Currently serving as the Customer & External Affairs Manager at AEP Ohio since October 2022, Melissa manages local and county governmental affairs and key account relationships within the Chillicothe and Athens Service Territories. Prior to this role, Melissa was the County Administrator for Gallia County, where responsibilities included executing policies and managing county government activities. Melissa also served as the Economic & Community Development Director for Gallia County, leading initiatives aimed at business attraction and job creation. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Coordinator at InfoCision Management Corporation. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College.
