Kelly McEldrew Sheva

Kelly McEldrew Sheva has a comprehensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and executive search. Kelly started their career as a Staffing Consultant at Randstad USA in 2013 and later worked as an Associate Recruiter at The Atlantic Group from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they joined Howard Fischer Associates, first as a Consultant - Executive Recruiter and later as a Principal. In 2022, they founded their own talent partner firm called Aequitas Partners, where they currently hold the position of Principal.

Kelly McEldrew Sheva attended Georgetown University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and English. In 2010, they participated in the Total French Immersion Program at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
