Tim Gordon

Tim Gordon is the founder and managing partner of Aequitas Partners, established in June 2014 as a leading talent partner for high-growth healthcare companies. Prior to this, Tim served as a director at Oxeon Partners from February 2012 to June 2014, where expertise was applied in building management teams for healthcare technology and services firms. Tim's experience also includes roles as lead recruiter at Allegis Group for American Express and TEKsystems, and internal wholesaler at Lincoln Financial Distributors. Tim began a career in recruitment as team leader at BDP International. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University, completed in 2005.
