Anton Marinov

Anton Marinov is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in delivering high-value projects across various organizations, including Aer Lingus, Datalex, and Callisto Integration. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery – Operations & Technology at Aer Lingus since June 2018, Anton manages a program with budgets exceeding €3 million, fosters relationships with business stakeholders, and drives Agile delivery and digital transformation initiatives. Previous roles include managing product development and integration projects at Datalex and overseeing the execution of projects at Callisto Integration, all marked by a consistent track record of meeting deadlines, budgets, and client satisfaction. Anton holds multiple certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, and SAFe LPM, and possesses a Master's degree in Electronics from Technical University Sofia.
