Finola Burns

Finola Burns is an accomplished Senior Portfolio Product Manager at Aer Lingus, leading a significant customer experience initiative since November 2019 that involves over 200 professionals. Under Finola's leadership, the program has successfully enhanced revenue and customer satisfaction by adopting a customer-led approach. Finola's extensive experience also includes roles as a Tender and Project Manager for Limerick City and County Council, where a social and economic model for the region was developed, and varied positions at the Bank of Ireland from 2006 to 2018, including Senior Product Manager for Current Accounts and Project Implementation Manager, where Finola showcased strong project management and strategic leadership skills.
