Teresa Long

Teresa Long has extensive experience in customer service and management within the hospitality and sales sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Services Agent at Aer Lingus since March 2019, Teresa has also held multiple roles in sales and supervision, including a part-time position as Assistant Supervisor at Forever Living Products since April 2008 and a Salesperson role at Aloe Vera Products since June 2015. Previous experience includes customer service positions at Swissport Dublin Airport and extensive management roles at Carnegie Court Hotel, where responsibilities included overseeing conferences and banquets, and various managerial roles at Jurys Doyle Hotel Group. Teresa holds diplomas in Hotel Management from both Cathal Brugha Street and Dublin College of Catering.
