Manus O'Donnell has over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy and finance industries. Manus began their career in 1998 as a Lending Executive at Bank of Scotland (Ireland). In 2002, they joined Airtricity as a Corporate Finance Executive and later as a Corporate Finance. From 2008 to 2014, they were the CEO Mainstream Capital & Head of Corporate Finance at Mainstream Renewable Power, where they were also a member of the Steering committee of the Green IFSC and a member of the Offshore Wind Finance Committee at the Green Investment Bank (GIB) in the UK. In 2021, they became a Renewable Energy Consultant while self-employed, and in 2022 they began their current role as Chief Financial Officer and Founding Partner at Aer Soléir.

Manus O'Donnell obtained their MBA from University College Dublin in 2002, their M.A. in Economics from University College Galway in 1998, and their B.A. in Economics and Geography from Trinity College Dublin in 1997.
