Ollie Kelleher has over 13 years of professional experience in the energy and engineering sectors. In 2007, they began their career as an HVAC Design Engineer at Henneman Engineering, Inc. In 2008, they moved to Intel Corporation as a Process Engineer. In 2010, they joined Mott MacDonald as a Senior Renewable Energy Engineer. In 2014, they were promoted to Programme Leader - Africa, where they were deployed as an expatriate to help set up the renewable advisory business in Sub-Saharan Africa. In 2017, they moved to Innogy Renewables Ireland as a Project Manager and then to Mott MacDonald as an Account Leader - Europe and South America. In 2020, they took on the role of Construction Project Manager at RWE Renewables. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Aer Soléir as a Senior Programme Manager.

Ollie Kelleher has a diverse educational background. Ollie began their studies in 2004, earning a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Galway in 2008. Ollie then went on to the University of Strathclyde, where they obtained an MSc in Renewable Energy Systems and the Environment in 2010. In 2019, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and in 2021 they completed a Digital Transformation - GNAM from IE Business School. Ollie also completed a Renewable Energy Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2021. Additionally, they hold a certification in TTS5U: Working At Height & Rescue Training - Wind Turbines from the Global Wind Organisation.
