Philip King

Philip King has an extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Philip began their career in 2000 as a Technical Support Engineer at RES. In 2004, they joined BlueEnergy and Enersol as a Volunteer. Philip then returned to RES as a Senior Technical Analyst and Technical Manager, Contract and Purchasing Manager, Regional Procurement Manager and Head of Procurement. In 2021, they joined Aer Soléir as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Procurement.

Philip King is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Strathclyde Business School. From 2007 to 2010, they attended City, University of London and obtained an MSc (with distinction) in Energy, Environmental Technology and Economics. From 1997 to 2000, they attended the University of Strathclyde and obtained a 1st Class BEng (Hons) in Environmental Engineering.
