Laura Sutton is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service, business development, and event coordination. Currently serving as Global CSR & Project Manager for Business Development, Global Settlements Controller, and Global Client Success Manager at AER Worldwide since August 2013, Laura oversees a global customer service team and manages the onboarding and training of Customer Service Representatives. Previously, Laura held roles such as CSR Manager for Business Development and Inside Sales Administrator, where responsibilities included managing new accounts and supporting sales teams. Prior experience as Sr. Special Event Coordinator at The Stuart Rental Company involved extensive planning and onsite management for large-scale events, such as the Annual San Francisco Ballet Premier Party and various NASA Ames Research Center events.
