Clémence Pons

Clémence Pons has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and banking industry. Clémence currently holds the position of Head of Compliance & Ethics at Aera Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BNP Paribas CIB as a Gestionnaire Commodities from July 2019 to March 2022. From October 2017 to June 2019, Clémence was a Regulatory Cross-Asset COO analyst at Société Générale. Before that, they worked as a Gestionnaire Middle office at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB from March 2014 to September 2017.

Clémence Pons began their education in 2022 at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they pursued an Executive MBA with a focus on Compliance. Clémence completed this program in 2024. Additionally, in 2022, Clémence also earned a Certificat in Compliance, Ethique et Anti Corruption from the same university, which they achieved in 2023.
