Axel de Mont Marin

Axel de Mont Marin currently serves as Head of Legal, Insurance, Ethics & Compliance Department at Aubert & Duval since October 2022. Concurrently, Axel is responsible for business law at Eramet, where responsibilities include contract review, drafting, and negotiation in both French and international contexts, as well as managing legal aspects of Greenfield projects and disputes in various legal areas. Previously, Axel held the position of Legal Counsel at CASSIDIAN, focusing on international contracts and legal support for defense and security projects, and at Alcoa, handling contract negotiations and legal support in various commercial law areas. Axel holds a Maîtrise de droit européen from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a DESS in European law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
